The Highway Safety Research Group at the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business has released the 2007 Louisiana Traffic Records Data Report. According to Helmut Schneider, head of the group and chair of the college’s Information Systems & Decision Sciences Department, early submission of traffic crash statistics this year is due to the cooperation of 110 police agencies in Louisiana and their use of the LACRASH software.
